After careers in Architecture and Linguistics “puzzles you can see and those you cannot see”, Peter was licensed in Arkansas in 2015 and later earned his broker’s license in 2017. He has been investing in real estate one house at a time since 2006. Loves working with investors to source their next deal. When he isn’t pondering the next real estate deal you can find him out back taking care of his bees.
Meet Alex, she has been a part of the SAFE team for a little over two years in the role of Director of First Impressions. Alex serves as the first point of contact with tenants. She skillfully handles inquiries through email, text, and phone conversations. She takes pride in maintaining lasting relationships with tenants for a positive experience. She provides support and resolutions for concerns that may arise.
In her free time she chooses to spend her time at home engaging in the art of painting. She also has taken on the challenge of learning to play the electric guitar. As Director of First Impressions Alex excels in tenant relationships while bringing passion to the workplace.
Meet Pedro, an experienced Operations Manager with a two year background in property management. He serves as an Arkansas licensed real estate agent. Beyond the professional realm, Pedro is an avid soccer enthusiast, spending his free time enjoying the game with his friends. He also has a knack for cell phone repair, showcasing his hands-on proficiency. Pedro also holds a degree in finance from the University of Arkansas with a focus on Real Estate. Pedro is a well rounded professional with a passion for real estate, sports, and technical skills.
Meet Tele, a seasoned Maintenance Repair Technician with an impressive 25-year career dedicated to the art of repairs. He has spent nearly two years with SAFE and is an integral part of the team. He contributes his wealth of experience to maintenance of various properties. Beyond his professional pursuits, Tele is a family-oriented individual who loves spending every moment with his kids and loved ones.
In addition to his skills in property maintenance, Tele is a multi-talented musician who plays the bass, guitar, drums, and piano for his church in his free time. Tele is a maintenance repair technician, family man, and skilled musician who brings a balance to every part of his life.
With six years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role as a Property Review Specialist. My passion lies in ensuring that properties meet the highest standards, and I thrive on evaluating every detail to enhance the overall experience for tenants and owners alike.
I’m equally enthusiastic about coffee, true crime, and exploring the great outdoors through hiking. Balancing work and family, I manage a busy life with five kids, which has taught me the importance of efficiency and effective communication. Let’s connect and make every property shine!
